This temporary concept store created for Australian fashion brand Arnsdorf features 154 pairs of tights stretched and wrapped around the retail space.
The small, cave-like space which popped up on Moor Street in Fitzroy, Melbourne for just three days in February 2011 provides an intimate setting for Arnsdorf’s Opticks Collection, with soft hues and nude tones to complement the colours of the Opticks range. The fitout is inspired by crystalline forms, Superman’s fortress of solitude and images of rocky landscapes. The fitout transforms an everyday, wearable item into a dramatic visual display to complement the sculptural Arnsdorf collection.
